If you want to dispute a wager, the outcome of a wager, or any other transaction on BetMGM, you have the legal right to do so.

Call our customer service line at (702) 696-7007 during normal business hours or email us at support.nv@betmgm.com. Please provide as much information as possible. For example, include specific reference to dates, times and amounts.

If you have a wager reference number from the bet receipt you received when placing the disputed bet (which is also displayed in My Wagers) you should note this as well.
